Help and Frequently Asked Questions documentation resides directly on the Silk system and is available to everyone at no cost. This documentation takes a step-by-step approach to the correct workflow for maximum results.

Telephone assistance is available during standard business hours (8:30 am -5:30 pm Monday through Friday). Silk Information Systems will work with you to troubleshoot your problem or issue. When placing a call for support please provide a complete description of your problem or question. To best serve you, our staff will need the complete text of any error message received. Requests for support can also be made directly from the Silk system utilizing Internal Messaging. Once logged into the Silk system, end users have the ability to send secure messages directly to the support staff. A case number will be assigned to your question or problem. A member of our staff will work to resolve the request and update you by phone and/or messaging.

Silk Information Systems has a Value-Added Reseller team that may also offer local assistance.

Silk's support staff is available to offer assistance with operation of the product and answer your product related questions. We do not assist with network configuration, computer hardware purchases, or training on medical billing.
