Your representative is compensated to make your practice as efficient and effective at collecting and saving money as possible. Silk only makes money when you make money. Your Silk representative has five major responsibilities:

• To oversee the results of your billing and collections daily, acting as a financial analyst.
• To act as the contact between your practice and Silk, providing expertise, training, research, and consultation in our healthcare solutions.
• To guarantee compliance.
• To coordinate a team of Silk professionals who are specifically assigned to your practice.
• To meet with you monthly to go over the results of your Practice Scorecard, industry updates, special projects, open requests, what’s newly available at Silk, etc.
